Project Manager Opportunity – Centreville, VAAre you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for heavy civil construction and site development?One of the leading contractors in Virginia is seeking a Project Manager to oversee complex site-work projects, including excavation, grading, stormwater systems, and utilities, in Northern Virginia.Key Responsibilities : Manage all aspects of site development projects from pre-construction to closeout.Oversee crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality, safety, and timeliness.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.Collaborate with clients, engineers, and field teams to resolve challenges and ensure project goals are met.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.Qualifications : 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in heavy civil construction.Strong knowledge of site utilities, excavation, and grading.Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with contract values exceeding $10M.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiency in construction management software (HCSS, Procore, or similar tools preferred).
