• Strategic Leadership: Guide and manage project leadership teams, ensuring top-notch performance across all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Client-Centred Focus: Build and maintain strong client relationships while acting as an advocate for their priorities and goals.
• Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and motivate diverse project teams to ensure high-quality, on-budget, and on-schedule delivery.
• Hands-On Involvement: Pitch in with day-to-day project oversight, budget management, and coordination when needed to ensure success.

What They’re Looking For:

• At least 10 years of experience managing complex commercial construction projects, preferably in healthcare.
• A bachelor’s degree in construction engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• Professional certification or credentialing in a relevant area is a plus
• Local candidates are preferred, but relocation will be supported for highly qualified individuals
