I have partnered with a Top 20 ENR General Contractor in the Carolina's, who are expanding their operations to Asheville, after their success in other Carolina offices.
They are a 100% Employee-owned construction firm with 100 years in the construction industry. Industry-leading commercial construction, construction management, design-build, and self-perform services.
Their portfolio includes a mix of Industrial, Institutional, Healthcare, Education, Hospitality, Adaptive Reuse, Corporate, Retail and Civic projects.
They are looking for an experienced Senior Construction Manager with experience in the Carolina's.
Ideal candidate:
Experience in managing a project from start to finish.
Able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks.
Will have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee completion of project
- Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
- Assess risks and establish contingency plans
- Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience in project management or relevant fields
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with a team
Compensation
- $150K base salary
- Annual & Project based performance bonus program (10-25%)
