Imperium Healthcare Consulting is seeking an outstanding customer service driven individual to serve as a Patient Service Representative (PSR) in our Fulton office!
Patient Service Representative (PSR) Responsibilities:
- Exhibits exceptional customer skills
- Greets and schedules patients in a friendly and timely manner
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Completes daily reports/paperwork
- Works as a team player in a fast-paced environment
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred
