Automotive Service Receptionist - 1 year of experience

About the Role:

As a Service Receptionist at Impex Inc, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, greeting them with a warm welcome and directing them to the appropriate department. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers have a positive experience with us and leave satisfied with the service they received. You will also be responsible for managing the reception area and ensuring that it is clean and organized at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department
• Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
• Manage the reception area and ensure that it is clean and organized
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
• Sit, walk or stand for extended amount of time.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 years of experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or similar role, preferably in an automotive or dealership environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and basic office software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of automotive terminology and service processes is a plus.
