Job Summary:

As Director of Strategy, Planning & Operations at Impiricus, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our strategic vision while ensuring operational excellence across the organization. This position requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, analytical capability, and operational expertise to drive growth and efficiency in our rapidly evolving health tech environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning and Execution
• Develop and implement strategies aligned with company goals in the rapidly evolving health tech landscape
• Drive planning and execution of day-to-day operational strategies across corporate and departmental priorities
• Translate long-term operational strategies into actionable roadmaps and ensure their successful execution
• Identify and evaluate strategic opportunities for growth and innovation
• Data-Driven Insights
• Utilize analytics to drive insights on company performance, customer behaviors, and operational challenges
• Develop and maintain KPIs and metrics to measure success, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement across departments
• Leverage data to create actionable strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on emerging opportunities
• Build and maintain dashboards for tracking organizational performance
• Operational and Program Management
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with strategic objectives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and optimize processes
• Implement robust systems and tools to measure and improve organizational performance
• Lead process improvement initiatives and change management efforts
• Stakeholder Management
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, fostering collaboration and trust
• Lead program management for high-visibility projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time
• Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing insights and recommendations to guide decision-making
• Facilitate effective communication and alignment across departments
  

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
• 4-6 years of experience in strategy, operations, or related role within Pharma, Startup or Consulting
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data insights
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in scaling operations and managing growth in a fast-paced, innovative environment
• Track record of successful strategic planning and execution
• Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and performance metrics
• Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies
