Job Summary :
As a Senior UI / UX Designer at Impiricus, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare communication through innovative digital solutions. Duties / Responsibilities :
- Lead the end-to-end design process for key products and features, from concept to implementation
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems and craft solutions
- Create and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across all products
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and documentation for development teams
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the design team's growth
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively
- Support marketing initiatives with high-quality design assets and presentations
