Job Description:
Implementation Engineers is seeking an experienced Lead Analyst with strong project management, problem-solving and financial modeling skills. Candidates must be seasoned professionals who have successfully identified, led and managed high impact improvement projects both operationally and organizationally. Candidates must have an instinctive ability to quickly understand the strategic direction of clients, the ability to quickly gather data, analyze what is being discovered, and construct the path forward required for client success. You must be able to convey perception, data, and observations into a cohesive narrative which allows clients to understand their current state, know the path to success, and trust it is achievable. Prior experience across multiple industries, including Food, Aerospace, Hi-Tech, Pharmaceuticals, Mining, Chemical, Metal Processing or Automotive is preferred with solid cross-functional experience in Operations, Maintenance, Process Engineering and Supply Chain.
The successful candidate will lead our Implementation Engineering teams to:
- Guide our clients through a structured process that deals with resources, decision-making, resistance identification and resolution, conflict management, skills enhancement, organizational development, metrics and performance results, coaching, mentoring and behavioral change.
- Provide a structured picture of the clients current state verses their desired state from both a cultural basis and a performance level. This will include the clients perspective, historic performance, as well as observations of current state
- Create, document, and communicate to the client, the methods used and approach to transform to the desired future state.
- Responsible for assuring the data and current needs resonate with the client assuring the client moves forward to the project phase and ensure the success of the execution stage.
- Develop detailed improvement implementation plans including timing, impacts, and resources
- Perform various operational analysis to support workstream leads during studies on client engagements.
- Build solid relationships with the client leadership to instill trust in Implementations ability to deliver results.
- Continually seek to understand the clients business and priorities and to design and / or deliver effective solutions to the clients business challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferably in a Business, STEM (Science, Tech, Math, Engineering), or Finance program
- Experienced in Financial Statement Analysis and Interpretation
- Established and proven consulting experience (minimum 5 years)
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent analytical and current state assessment skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with exceptional organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office tools including Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint at a minimum
- Excellent data analysis and advanced proficiency of Excel is required
- Continuous Improvement/VSM expertise
- Influential Leadership/Selling/Closing skills
- Willingness to travel up to 75% as required
