A successful Account Manager will be able to manage and expand business relationships with targeted clients by fulfilling the following responsibilities;
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate and develop business with existing clients to meet specified production goals.
- Generate quotes for potential projects.
- Manage consistent growth within a particular client base.
- Make and develop contacts with selected clients and strategic partners.
- Maintain and develop client relations for new and larger established existing clients, assuring all existing clients are contacted regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and establish need-based marketing relations.
- Develop customer relations including, but not limited to, sales leads, research, warm calls, qualifying leads, developing leads, and customer service.
- Seek and create opportunities to expand business with current clients identifying further business needs.
- Attend conventions, conferences, and trade shows as needed; prepare post-event reports and analyses.
- Can obtain a clear understanding of the prospective client’s culture, product portfolio, organization structure, and key decision-makers.
- Function as liaison between client companies and operations staff.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Some related experience - we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Associates degree in a related field preferred.
- Proficient in Google Suite.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in person, on the phone, electronically, or through other means to individuals and groups.
- Spanish preferred but not required.
