Job Title : Technology Lead - Java Opensource Apache
Location : Phoenix, AZ
Full Time (Permanent) Opportunity
Need USC and GC local to Phoenix, AZ for In person interview
Qualifications Basic
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technologies.
Preferred Skills :
• At least 4 years of experience in software development working with various technologies like Java 1.5 , Spring 3.0 or above, Web Services - SOAP or REST, JSP, Servlet, Eclipse, HTML, IBM
WebSphere/JBoss Application Server, SQL.
• Experience in Apache Camel, Spring boot development, KAFKA Messaging system , Hazlecast caching , Apache Ignite
• Ability to write DDL, DML SQL commands and ability to design/ present conclusions gained from analyzing data. Be conscious about data quality
• At least 2 years of experience in handling teams in the role of a Team Lead, Tech Lead, Module Lead
• Candidate should have exposure to Jira, Maven, and SOAP UI will be preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience working in Global Delivery model- i.e. onsite- offshore model.
• At least 4 years of experience in SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall or Agile (preferred)
• At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development, maintenance projects.
• Candidates should possess knowledge to build and configuration management related process.
• Technical aptitude and experience with the software tools and techniques used in software development.
• Must be able to collaborate with offshore team
• Candidates should have high analytical ability and impactful communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to participate into requirements analysis, estimation, development and code reviews activities.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute any tasks with quality and track it to closure.
• Experience in credit cards and Payments domain would be a plus.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
