Are you an experienced and results-driven General Manager with a proven track record of success? We are seeking a seasoned GM to lead our brand new import franchise automotive dealership in the vibrant Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Position: General Manager
Location: Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the dealership to drive profitability and growth.
- Push volume and increase gross by executing effective sales strategies, optimizing processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers, fostering repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales, service, and finance departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations across all areas of the dealership.
- Set clear goals and performance standards for the sales team, providing coaching, motivation, and performance management.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and inventory control to ensure the dealership achieves financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and franchise requirements while maintaining high ethical standards.
- Lead the dealership’s marketing and promotional efforts to maximize visibility and sales.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success as a General Manager in a high-volume automotive dealership.
- Strong experience in driving both sales volume and profitability, with a deep understanding of the automotive market.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
