Duties:
- Greet customers with a welcoming demeanor
- Answer phones and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Provide updates to customers throughout repair process
- Update rental car system (ARMS)
- Collect payment
- Communicate with managers and other employees
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay oraganized/focused
-Willing to adapt to an environment where everyone is helping each other grow
-Positive energy and attitude is highly welcomed
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Knowledge of computer software (CCC) a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
