We are seeking a Baker Apprentice to join the team at our busy bakery! In this role, you will prepare a variety of breads. You will be working closely with our baker and dough makers in a three year apprenticeship program learning from start to finish exactly how our bread is made.

- complete all course requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a baker, pastry chef, or in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Team player- must be 21 years of age
- Available for early morning shifts and night shifts
