What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dryline Operator position at IMPREG LLC?
The Dry-Line Production Laborer performs tasks and operates machinery as part of the CIPP liner manufacturing process and is responsible for all aspects relating to the preparation of Cure-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) according to the exact specifications and agreed upon by the customer. This position directly affects productivity and is responsible for the timely completion of all assigned operations.
- Perform material handling functions to load/mount production materials
- Guide and feed materials into machinery
- take an active role in caring for the equipment to prevent breakdowns and defects and help increase overall equipment efficiency; ensures proper use and maintenance of assigned equipment
- Perform various quality monitoring functions
- Push aside finished CIPP liners
- Perform all work according to safety/quality standards and follow all environmental procedures
- Communicates, adheres to and supports safety programs and procedures; conducts routine workspace safety inspections. Practices and promotes safety through assessing risks before starting tasks, only performing authorized activities, and utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
