Schedule : Hybrid, 2x a week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) in Santa Barbara, CA

Description :
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day administrative support functions of the Health Equity and Program Development Department, which generally includes but are not limited to : Providing assistance to achieve optimal functioning of the Department's operations; acts as a point person to assist with departmental functions, including taking detailed minutes, creating agendas, coordinating calendars, scheduling meetings and other administrative support to ensure and support daily operations; organizing and preparing reports to evaluate operational efficiency and effectiveness; coordinating, evaluating and / or administering a broad range of department tasks as assigned by the Health Equity and Program Development Director.
