Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled MHK CareProminence Configuration Consultant to support the configuration, workflow optimization, and testing of MHK applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MHK' s CareProminence suite, consulting expertise, and a deep understanding of health plan operations, including Medicaid, Medicare, and Dual-Eligible Special Needs Plans (DSNP). This role requires a strong focus on delivering solutions that enhance operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
What You Will Do :
- Configure MHK CareProminence modules to align with business requirements, including care management, utilization management, and quality improvement workflows.
- Ensure system configurations comply with Medicaid, Medicare, and DSNP regulations and best practices.
- Analyze current workflows and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Develop and implement new workflows to address evolving business and regulatory needs.
- Develop and execute test plans for system updates, configurations, and integrations.
- Conduct end-to-end testing to ensure functionality, performance, and compliance.
- Document test results and manage defect resolution with internal teams and vendors.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for MHK CareProminence functionalities and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including health plan operations, IT teams, and clinical staff, to gather requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users and teams on new features and workflows.
- Stay updated on Medicaid, Medicare, and DSNP regulations to ensure system configurations remain compliant.
- Assist in audits and regulatory reporting using MHK tools.
- Participate in or lead projects related to MHK system upgrades, implementations, and enhancements.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and adherence to quality standards.
