Title : Data Entry Clerk
Location : Santa Barabara, CA – Full time in office Monday-Friday 8a-5pm PST
Job Type : Full Time, ASAP Start
Description :
The Data Entry Clerk reports to the Director of Communications and Marketing and will work with internal clients and subject matter experts to manage the development and revision of a variety of marketing collateral materials and projects, from concept through content development, layout, editing, proofing, approvals, to printing and mailing. This position serves to traffic various projects through all the different stages of development, from intake and requirements capture, gathering cost estimates from vendors, capturing approvals, through final distribution of the end product.
What You Will Do :
- Input, update, and maintain data within a database.
- Verify and correct data inconsistencies or errors.
- Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of information.
- Assist with generating reports and analyzing data as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline data entry processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
- Handle additional administrative tasks as assigned.
- Creating PO’s and processing invoices.
- Other duties as assigned.
