Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HRP Project Manager to oversee the technical integration and ongoing management of the HRP platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare payer operations, claims processing, and enterprise system implementations. This role requires strategic planning, stakeholder collaboration, and project execution to ensure successful system integration and operational efficiency.
What You Will Do:
- Oversee the technical integration of HRP and other business lines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Oversee system integration, data migration, user training, and change management activities.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics while ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders to align project objectives with business goals.
- Identify and implement best practices to improve payer operations, claims processing, and provider network management within HRP.
- Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate potential impacts to leadership.
- Provide guidance and training to internal teams on system functionality, enhancements, and workflow optimizations.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, track progress, and present updates to executive leadership.

- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, regulatory-driven environment.
- Capable of seamlessly integrating into an ongoing project and assuming delivery responsibilities within a reasonable timeframe.
- Comfortable taking a hands-on approach across various project phases to ensure successful delivery.
- Expertise in managing a diverse range of projects, including new product or service launches, large-scale application development and implementation, system integrations, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) arrangements, operational efficiency enhancements, process reengineering, and infrastructure upgrades and deployments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for both business and technology executives.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- 7 years of experience in healthcare payer operations, project management, or HRP system implementations, integrations, and configuration.
- Expertise in managing enterprise software implementations, system integrations, and data migrations.
- Strong background in claims adjudication, benefit configuration, provider management, and payment integrity.
- Hands-on experience with HRP and related healthcare payer technologies.
- Knowledge of EDI transactions (837, 835, 270/271, 278, 276/277), HIPAA compliance, and CMS regulations.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
