Title : Instructional Designer (EPIC Cogito)
Duration : 3 / 3 / 2025 to 6 / 30 / 2025
Location : Primarily onsite in San Jose, CA and may require onsite weekend work as needed.
Summary
The Instructional Designer resource will provide Epic training support for the integration of Regional Medical Center (RMC), a facility that in the process of being acquired by the client.
What You Will Do :
- Prior to go-live, the resource will be responsible for creating and delivering comprehensive training sessions to end users.
- Following go-live, the resource will provide hands-on, at the elbow support for end users to address any issues, answer questions, and provide real-time assistance.
- Train in person classes (up to 9 hours per day).
- Provide at-the-elbow support in person (up to 12 hours a day).
