Title : QNXT Developer
Location : Remote, must work PST business hours
Description : The QNXT Developer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions within our clients' QNXT platform. You will be required to collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring that the system meets the organization's needs efficiently and effectively. Additionally, as a QNXT developer, you will troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and stay updated on industry best practices to continuously enhance the platforms functionality and usability.
What You Will Do :
Develop and customize solutions within the QNXT platform to meet the specific needs of the client.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design, develop, test, and deploy QNXT configurations, enhancements, and integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to QNXT functionality, data integrity, and performance.
Maintain and support existing QNXT configurations, including troubleshooting and bug fixing.
Implement best practices for QNXT development, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of development processes and standards.
Stay updates on QNXT platform updates, patches, and new features, and assess their impact on existing implementations.
Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and stakeholders regarding QNXT related projects and initiatives.
Document technical designs, configurations, and processes related to QNXT development and maintenance.
Assist QNXT system upgrades.
Additional duties as assigned.
You Will Be Successful If :
Strong understanding of the QNXT healthcare management system including its architecture, data models, and configuration tools.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C#.Net. Strong SQL skills.
Familiarity with healthcare payor processes, regulations, and terminology.
Ability to analyze complex requirements, identify potential challenges, and devise effective solutions within a QNXT environment
Impeccable problem-solving skills, adept at troubleshooting issues, debugging code, and resolving technical challenges efficiently.
High level of attention to detail when configuring the system, testing functionalities, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Consultant level communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders, understanding their requirements, and conveying technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements, evolving technologies, and updates to the QNXT platform.
Commitment to ongoing learning and staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and new features of the QNXT platform.
Ability to prioritize the clients needs to deliver essential solutions that effectively meet their business requirements.
What You'll Bring :
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
5 years of experience in QNXT Development
Experience with QNXT v5.9 or above required, 6.1 preferred
Knowledge of the Healthcare Payor industry including Claims / Encounters, Provider / Network, Clinical, Enrollment, Benefits, etc.
Ability to understand each of the following X12 transaction sets : 837I, 837P, 835, 834, and 278.
SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS experience specific to QNXT.
Ability to design and create Power BI reports and dashboards.
Proficient Understanding of T-SQL and Stored Procedures.
Ability to design, build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable code in C#.Net.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
Experience in building / testing REST webservices.
