We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful implementation of Jiva , ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and operational workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven project management skills, and experience in managing complex healthcare technology implementations. This role will require cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning to drive successful project outcomes.
What You Will Do :
- Lead end-to-end Jiva implementation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics while ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to design and implement Jiva solutions that meet operational and technical requirements.
- Manage project budgets, resources, risks, and timelines to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Oversee system integration, data migration, user training, and change management activities.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with Jiva implementation.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and problem-solving.
- Communicate project updates, progress, and risks to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data security, and industry best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project management methodologies.
