Home Health RN needed ASAP
Per Diem RN to complete Start of Cares at $120
RC, ROC and DC Visits $100
Must be available to visit patients in Orange area and neighboring cities.
BILINGUAL (Spanish) Speaking a PLUS!
RN – require a minimum of 1 year experience in Home Health Care Experience (Wound Care Experience is a Plus).**
Requirements:
· Home Health experience 1 year
· Availability to Visit patients
· Must be conscientious with our clients, their families, and their caregivers
· Must know how to make quick decisions while in the field
· Demonstrates the ability to assess and respond to the needs of patients and families in varied settings
· Ability to make meaningful observations and write comprehensive and accurate reports.
· Computerized Documentation (Data Soft Logic)
Preferable Experiences:
· Wound Care
· Home Health Experience
· Medication Administration/Education
· Catheter Care
· Skilled Nursing
