ASSOCIATE PROPERTY MANAGER

DIRECT HIRE - $70-75K BONUS

ONSITE – NORTHEAST FT. WORTH, TX (North of Watauga)

Imprimis Group is seeking an experienced Associate Property Manager to join our client who is a commercial and residential property management firm in Fort Worth, TX . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day property management operations, tenant relations, lease administration, property maintenance, and financial reporting. The responsibilities of this position may change as the business needs change and tenants grow. This role will help contribute to the success of the firms commercial portfolio while advancing your skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day property operations, ensuring properties are well-maintained and running efficiently.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution of any issues.
• Administer lease agreements, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.
• Oversee property maintenance and coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and services.
• Prepare and manage financial reports, including budgeting, expense tracking, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with team members to meet property goals and objectives.
