Imprimis is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to support a managing partner in a North Dallas law firm. This is a very visible role in the firm and the ideal candidate will have 10 years plus civil litigation experience with a bachelor's degree or paralegal certification highly preferred with strong technical skills and a friendly outgoing personality as this position requires interaction with clients, opposing counsel, court coordinators and staff attorneys. This individual needs to be available for overtime work as needed for after-hours client meetings, critical filings or to meet rush project deadlines. Excellent benefits!
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitor emails throughout the day
- Handle all preparation for trials, meetings, etc.
- Schedule numerous phone conferences and Zoom meetings
- Interact with clients and other pertinent parties
- Collaborate with the team legal assistant for new client intake calls as needed
- Travel when needed for hearings, mediations, depositions and any out-of-town case-related events
