Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary customer liaison, delivering excellent service and building customer loyalty through effective communication and sales support.
- Strengthen customer relationships by competently handling day-to-day requests and adhering to service-level standards.
- Secure customer acknowledgment of pricing and miscellaneous charges, ensuring seamless order execution.
- Understand plant and equipment capabilities to determine pertinent information and lead time required to produce quality products.
- Manage customer inventory programs, proactively working with customers to maintain agreed-upon inventory levels and ensure shipments are released as planned.
- Assist the team with critical initiatives, such as press proofs, new business setup, account/workload transition, backup of other CSRs, complaint processing, and resolution of open payment issues.
- Collaborate with the team on Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and claims resolution.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with data entry, Word, Excel, and email software.
- Ability to learn new computer programs and complex procedures in a dynamic work environment.
- Knowledge of Graphic Arts (Pre-press) is desired.
Experience and Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with five years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in the label printing industry. Label Traxx experience is a significant plus.
