SUMMARY: Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments and maintain inventory.
- Receive shipments: Check incoming shipments, verify contents, and report any damages.
- Label and store: Sort, label, and put away incoming items in designated areas
- Update inventory: Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records
- Prepare outgoing shipments: Package and label outgoing items and ensure proper documentation.
- Analyze inventory: Analyze inventory levels and positioning and identify areas for improvement.
- Place orders: Place orders for raw materials and supplies
- Work with others: Collaborate with production, sales, and marketing teams
- Adhere to safety: Follow safety procedures and guidelines, and wear required safety equipment

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three years of receiving or warehouse of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Forklift experience is required.

PHYSICAL CONDITIONS: Works in a manufacturing environment and will be required to wear foot and/or other personal protective equipment while performing duties in a manufacturing setting. Continuously, May stand for an extended period and stoop and kneel frequently. May handle, feel, and reach for items in and around the press area and write or use a keyboard to communicate through written means. Walking, lifting, and/or moving up to 50 lbs. may be required. Vision: close vision, distance, and color vision to distinguish color variations, peripheral and depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually medium to loud. Must be flexible to work varying schedules and hours as needed. Must be able to work overtime as required by workload and customer-mandated deadlines. The physical demands described above represent those an employee must meet to perform this job's essential functions successfully.
