The Role
We're seeking a motivated Product Manager Intern to join our Summer 2025 Internship program. This role provides hands-on experience in product management, supporting the development and enhancement of our cutting-edge payment solutions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and Operations, to deliver impactful projects and improve customer experiences.
Location
This role will be a hybrid work format, with time split between working remotely and working onsite from our New York HQ, 2-3 days a week as required by your manager.
What You'll Do
- Customer Research : Conduct market research, understand partner needs, and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements.
- Product Development Support : Assist in defining requirements, creating user stories, and prioritizing features for product enhancements and new launches.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Growth teams to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives.
- Metrics Tracking : Monitor product performance and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Process Optimization : Support the development of tools and workflows to streamline product management processes.
