The Role

We're seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Summer 2025 Internship program. This role provides hands-on recruitment experience while supporting our high-performing team. You'll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers, enhancing processes and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Location

This role will be a hybrid work format, with time split between working remotely and onsite from our New York HQ, 2-3 days a week as required by your manager.

What You'll Do

  • Candidate Experience Champion : Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates, recruiters, and interviewers.
  • Process Improvement : Assist in updating and streamlining talent acquisition processes and tracking documentation to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
  • Administrative Support : Maintain accurate records of candidate data and feedback in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and related tools.
  • Collaboration : Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to contribute to special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the hiring process.

What We Look For

  • Incoming College Seniors graduating in 2025-2026
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Suite and Microsoft Office (experience with ATS platforms is a plus).
  • A strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or related fields.
