Imprint Payments, Inc. is seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement Lead to oversee and manage our procurement operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services essential to our operations. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the financial technology industry. Additionally, the Procurement Lead will be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date and accurate vendor list within Zip, ensuring all relevant information is consistently updated. The role will also require strong cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders to manage renewal processes effectively, ensuring seamless contract extensions and supplier engagements.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Procurement Strategies: Design and execute procurement plans that align with Imprint's business objectives and growth plans.
- Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, including Product Development, Finance, and Legal, to understand procurement needs and provide effective solutions.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support scalability.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in procurement to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement.
