Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Develop: Coach canvassers through daily field training, riding along with teams, and developing future leaders
- Interview Candidates: Conduct interviews to help identify and select top-tier canvassers for your region
- Train for Excellence: Facilitate both classroom and field training to help new hires master pitch, objection handling, and lead generation
- Drive Performance: Monitor daily KPIs, manage accountability, and foster a high-energy, performance-based culture
- Collaborate: Work closely with the Director of Canvassing and Sales Leadership to align regional goals with company objectives
- Travel Regionally: Be in the field across your assigned region, supporting new office launches, underperforming markets, and team development
- Proven experience in door-to-door sales or field canvassing leadership
- Strong background in coaching, team development, and field training
- High-energy, hands-on leader who leads from the front
- Excellent communication and interviewing skills
