Job Summary

We seek a motivated and energetic door-to-door sales Representative to join our team as an independent contractor. This role is ideal for a proactive individual passionate about delivering exceptional client service and expanding our reach through direct customer engagement. You will be the face of our company, crucially introducing our innovative home improvement solutions to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients through door-to-door sales efforts to promote our home renovation services and contemporary design solutions.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of our services, showcasing knowledge of the latest design trends and technology.
• Schedule consultations between potential clients and our design team.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
• Participate in local marketing events and community events to enhance brand visibility.
• Provide feedback to the marketing team to help shape sales strategies and tactics.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven track record in direct sales, preferably in home improvements or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse client demographics.
• Self-motivated and driven by results, capable of working independently.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year in direct sales, marketing, or a related field.

Contract Details

• This is a commission-based position without a base salary.
• You will work as a 1099 independent contractor, responsible for your taxes and expenses.

Work Environment

• This position requires daily travel within the Miami area and may need flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
