ServiceNow Developer – Service Portal Focus
Location: Remote (U.S.-based only)
Clearance Required: Secret (active)

About the Role

We’re looking for a mid-level ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on Service Portal development and modern web technologies. This role is remote and ideal for someone who’s passionate about ServiceNow, eager to grow, and ready to build custom, high-code solutions that deliver real impact.

You’ll work with AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to develop interactive portal components, integrate systems, and enhance the user experience. The team is seeking a hungry, hardworking developer who wants to grow their ServiceNow skills in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build custom Service Portal widgets using AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Develop high-code solutions to support dynamic, user-friendly experiences
• Integrate APIs and external services into the ServiceNow platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
• Participate in Agile development sprints and deliver high-quality, tested code
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize custom portal components
• Maintain documentation and support knowledge-sharing across the team

Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Service Portal development
• Strong proficiency in AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Ability to write and maintain high-code customizations
• Comfortable working independently in a remote team environment

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)
• CAD (Certified Application Developer)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery environments
• Demonstrated passion for learning and growing within the ServiceNow ecosystem
