QUALIFIED CANDIDATES CAN EXPECT :
Starting at $20 per hour depending on experience

401K Plan with dollar for dollar matching contributions
PTO after 60 days for Crew Leader
Holiday after 90 days
Full time steady work schedule; overtime paid at time and half over 40 hours per week

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle various landscape materials such as plants, soil, mulch, gravel pavers, etc. as they pertain to each job
Managing a crew of Technicians, including but not limited to providing direction, training and coaching
Maintaining and operating various equipment including, riding, walk behind, and push mower; backpack blower, string trimmer, power edger and power sheers etc.
Interacting with customers and supervisor
Keeping accurate records of material and labor hours
TEAM MANAGEMENT
Promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices
Communicates with the operation leadership regarding crew members including both positive and negative feedback
Oversees employee training and development
Position may perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 2 to 3 years landscape industry experience required
Minimum of 1 years of leadership experience preferred
QUALIFICATIONS
Valid state driver's license
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities / tasks
Knowledge of all phases of landscaping projects
Ability to lead, develop, and mentor crew members
Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail in all responsibilities and duties
