Job Description

You’re working within a small group in a rapidly growing company that offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities to learn and grow.

General Responsibilities :

Improve component and systems performance through comprehensive analytical and model-based analysis.
Contribute to service delivery improvements to clients through combined data analysis.
Component strength, durability, performance and lifetime analysis utilizing analytical as well as model-based approach.
Structural analysis, assessment, validation, optimization of components and systems through analytical and Finite Element Analysis.
Assessment, validation and optimization of components and systems through analytical, modelling utilizing CFD simulation.
Analysis of field and laboratory high speed sensor data utilizing common data analysis methods, tools and processes.
Composing, documenting, and publishing of Engineering technical reports & papers.
Develop, design, and execute targeted Design of Experiments and laboratory tests.
Develop and contribute to component lifetime predictions through analytical and model-based approach.
Assist with creation of content related to industry papers and client communications.
Provide guidance and recommendations to team members from learnings.
Formulate and propose recommendations for implementation of new techniques within engineering team.
Other duties as required.

Qualifications, Experience :

PhD in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 2 years’ experience or M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 8 years’ experience.

Proven background and knowledge in Fluid Dynamics, CFD principles, methodologies, and tools such as Ansys Fluent or equivalent.

Strong background and extensive knowledge in Structural Analysis, FEA principles, methodologies and use of tools such as Ansys Structural Analysis or equivalent.

Strong analytical skills in the field, advanced data analysis, methodologies and use of common tools for analysis of high frequency application data.

Preferably knowledgeable in the field of shocks and vibrations across frequency domains.

Familiarity with methodologies, principles and practices in Multiphysics simulations and modelling.

Demonstrated ability research and work on own initiative

Forward-thinking mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Good Organizational skills required to work on across projects.

Good oral and written communication skills.
