Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of full-stack applications.
- Analyze project requirements and architect scalable solutions.
- Mentor and guide mid-level and junior developers.
- Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Work with Java-based applications across multiple tiers.
- Troubleshoot complex software issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and drive innovation within the team.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
Requirements:
- Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as React, Next.js, Angular, and TypeScript.
- Strong experience with Spring MVC/Spring Boot frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Java Web Services (SOAP/REST) and object-oriented programming.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Extensive experience with development tools like Eclipse or IntelliJ IDEA.
- Proficient in version control systems (Git).
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
- Expertise in design patterns such as MVC or Façade.
- Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and unit testing frameworks like JUnit.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and projects.
