PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Supports day-to-day operations on designated consumer accounts to effectively activate and manage social and digital campaigns and programs.
- Utilizes digital and social media management systems such as Khoros/Sprinklr, Meltwater/Talkwalker, Ad Manager and Creative Hub
- Monitor social media trends in order to inform strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-funcitonal internal teams, including Brand Strategy, Media, Data & Analytics, Client Experience and Project Management
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Bachelors in Comms, PR, Marketing, Advertising or English
- 2 years of account management in an agency setting
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced, team-oriented enviornment
- Ability to come into an office location in Philly, NYC or Baltimore at least twice a month
