PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :
- Manage a group of accounts and the writers that serve them, functioning as the final say for all things copy & a source of inspiration & leadership
- Partner with strategy leads and ACDs to help set the strategy for each brand they work on.
- Work with ACD as needed to weigh in on scopes & estimates, timelines, day-to-day workload of the writing team, and work with Resourcing to identify backfill / support as needed
- Review all copy related to assigned brand(s) and provide thoughtful, clear direction to the writers
- Participate in new business pitches as a copy / messaging expert
- Work with cross-capability partners to identify organic growth opportunities
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES REQUIRED :
Salary Range : $135,000-$155,000 / yearly
