Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Supporting the day-to-day execution of integrated marketing programs under the supervision of the Account Manager
- Providing outstanding customer service and serving as a supporting contact and liaison between the agency, client and third-party partners
- Supporting client and team communications
- Developing and reviewing MLR submissions and working with the Account leads to manage MLR review and approval process, including QA of all assets and submissions.
- Serving as our MLR expert internally and externally
- Managing tactical workstreams and work in an agile manner, spotting roadblocks and redirecting the team to work around them.
- Reviewing work briefs, activity reports, and status updates for assigned accounts
- Managing review process for client deliverables and ensuring work complies with brand, legal and quality requirements
- Monitoring client/industry publications and spotting trends and analysis to inform client strategies
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams and serve as the primary point-of-contact on tactical deliverables
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure work is compliant with brand and legal requirements
- Excellent organizational and communications skills to be able to oversee workflow management and develop/adjust standard operating procedures accordingly
- A team player and problem solver that actively communicates with managers, team members, clients and partners to ensure work is progressing
- Takes responsibility for QA processes and strives for error-free submissions for client review/approval
- Healthcare industry experience and ability to curate and disseminate client and industry insights to the team
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Mass Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising or English
- 4 years of experience in a healthcare advertising agency
- Salary dependant upon experience & location
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
