Compensation: The expected base hourly wage for this Minnesota-based position is $20-22. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. Imricor’s summer internship program blends real-world experience with an extensive medical device industry overview in an innovative and fast-paced environment. Knowledgeable sales and sales operations professionals will provide guidance as you gain professional hands-on experience in all the facets required to bring a medical device to the market. This position will support the sales and sales operations team. This position is responsible for complying with the Quality System requirements and carrying out responsibilities as outlined in the environmental, health, and safety policies.

Responsibilities
- Take directions from sales and sales operations teams.
- Assist with the development and execution of campaigns/projects to support sales strategy.
- Learn HubSpot Sales CRM and aid with data integrity, data consistency, and some data analytics.
- Support sales lead management and communications of leads to the sales team.
- Identify areas to improve internal processes and help implement features into business processes.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field.
- Ability to communicate concepts, ideas, and knowledge effectively and clearly to other individuals and teams.
- Strong attention to detail including analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, remotely, and through Microsoft Teams/video conferencing.
- Comfortable working with team members in other departments such as operations, finance, sales, and marketing.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to carry out all manner of tasks from the mundane to complex and challenging.
- Requires extensive use of Microsoft Office and Web-based computer programs.
- Light work, exerting up to 20 lbs. of force or less.
- Significant work pace & pressure due to deadlines.
Salary : $20 - $22
