The Position :
The Billing Specialist serves in a capacity to invoice all clients in a timely and accurate manner. This position should be detail-oriented, ability to follow direction, have strong computer skills and excellent organizational skills. This position is expected to complete tasks with deadlines in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail and be responsive to all client requests. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements
- To routinely follow up with our clients on outstanding invoices and answer any questions they may have about the invoice.
- Be coachable, able to follow directions and adapt to change.
- Maintain daily records with accuracy and high attention to detail in an organized manner.
- Be familiar with or learn NetSuite accounting system and understand the billing process start to finish.
- Respond to client's questions / comments in a timely manner.
- Serves as an expert and go -to person for all coding and billing processes.
