The Production Associate will be responsible for supporting the production team with job management, vendor communication, trafficking, and administrative tasks. This operational role is designed to allow associates visibility and learning to all divisions within our production team and establish the groundwork for career pathing within the production department.

Salary range for this job is $53,000 to $60,000 - the salary range provided in this job posting is an estimate based on market data and internal equity. Final compensation will be based on knowledge skills, experience and location and other relevant factors, such as certifications that may be desired for this role.

What's the Opportunity?
The Production Associate will be responsible for supporting the production team with job management, vendor communication, trafficking, and administrative tasks. This operational role is designed to allow associates visibility and learning to all divisions within our production team and establish the groundwork for career pathing within the production department.
Responsibilities Include:
- Job/data management in JMS our homegrown tool that integrates into JDE
- Updating and maintaining job status and production specifications
- Inputting job details in job management system to initiate production
- Uploading final images, jpegs, PDFs to job management system or database
- Executing PO’s and communicating to outside vendors
- Communicating with vendors and tracking delivery dates
- Collaborating with production to communicate date changes
- Managing job delivery and receiving issues
- Maintaining status documents for weekly meetings
- Reviewing production samples for quality accuracy
- Managing proofs/samples for quality review and prepare for shipment
- Working with team members to support activity, drive efficiencies, implement process enhancements, develop, and document best practices
- Participating in regular meetings to discuss client/project needs, share ideas and break down silos
- College degree preferred
- 2 years of professional experience in a corporate environment; basic knowledge of print production, digital assets, or promotional materials is helpful
- Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities under tight timelines
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks effectively and efficiently
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and requests
- Must be a team player
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel
- Purchasing experience is not necessary, but any procurement, supply chain or vendor experience is helpful
