Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managingcustomer orders, handling inquiries, supporting sales activities, and contributing to a positive work environment. This role requires strong communication skills,excellent customer service abilities, and a solid understanding of sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Management:
Enter and verify customer orders, handle phone calls and emails, address quotes and issues, update RMAs (Return MerchandiseAuthorizations), and follow up on sales and quotes.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with the designated Regional Manager to manage accounts and relationships within a specific territory, prioritize tasks, planworkflows, and drive sales growth.
Customer Database Management:
Update customer, account, and opportunity information across various databases. Conduct customer needs analysis andrecommend appropriate options.
Quality System Support:
Support ISO quality system standards, company quality policies, and continuous improvement initiatives. Understand the competitivelandscape and effectively communicate company differentiators and value.
Training and Environment:
Assist in training new employees as assigned by the supervisor and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Additional Duties:
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
1-3 years of relevant experience; minimum of 1 year of sales experience preferred.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Customer Service:
Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Knowledge:
Previous customer service or technical experience preferred.
Education:
Associates degree or equivalent experience.
Salesforce experience.
Specifically, Quote to Order conversions, amendments, and renewals.
Good retention of information and training.
Problem solving.
