Full Job Description:
The Quote and Estimate Coordinator is our in-house sales motivator. The number one priority being to build the estimate based on the information provided by the sales associate and move it through the entire process of getting it to the customer and following up on the customer acceptance process. There will also be some assisting with phone calls and emails. The ideal candidate will be efficient, highly detail oriented, business courtesy, and professionally assertive.
Additional tasks will include but are not limited to:

- Moving quotes through the approval process
- Identifying Bid Qualifications
- Processing sales orders
- Verifying accuracy of customer data
- Excellent communication and organization skills are a must
- Clerical or administrative experience
- Basic computer program knowledge
