We are expanding our Business Development team and seeking an Events Coordinator to plan and manage our participation in conventions, symposiums, and demonstrations. This role offers varied and dynamic responsibilities-no two days will be the same!

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute company participation in industry events, trade shows, and demonstrations.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, registration, booth setup, and travel arrangements.
- Operate and manage equipment such as video cameras and lighting for event coverage.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
- Oversee booth setup and teardown (up to 20x20 booths, including tables, chairs, and backlit displays).
- Create and edit event-related videos and photos for marketing and promotional purposes.
- Track event timelines, schedules, and deliverables to meet deadlines.
- Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and staying within financial constraints.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in event planning, hospitality, business, marketing, or a related field OR a minimum of two years of experience in event coordination or administration.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency in event planning software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite), Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs), Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and Jira.
- Experience using travel booking platforms and coordinating travel logistics.
- Familiarity with trade show setup and event coordination software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for vendor, client, and team coordination.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience providing creative direction for scripts and storyboards.
- Background in budget management and vendor negotiations.
