Who We're Looking For
We are currently seeking a Proposal/Media Team Lead to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong technical writing background and experience managing high-performing teams. You'll lead a talented group of writers and media specialists in crafting compelling proposals, white papers, cost volumes, and customer-facing content.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of writers and content creators in developing compliant and persuasive technical proposals.
- Collaborate closely with business development, engineering, finance, legal, and program management teams.
- Draft, edit, and produce a variety of written and visual content: proposals, white papers, cost volumes, media pieces, and presentations.
- Mentor and coach team members on writing techniques, industry standards, and best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of government acquisition processes and regulatory guidelines (e.g., FAR/DFAR).
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Communications, Technical Writing, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to write clearly about complex technical topics for a range of audiences.
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet creation and cost estimation.
- Experience creating visuals such as charts, graphs, and technical illustrations.
- Excellent time management, adaptability, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working on-site in our Springville office (this is not a remote role).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with capture management principles.
- Familiarity with government acquisition and contract writing (FMS, FMF, DCS).
- Understanding of FAR/DFAR and related government regulations.
