Overview
IMT is expanding its healthcare advisory services practice and is looking for Senior Healthcare Informatics and Integration consultants. As a senior member of the Client Success team, you have deep knowledge and demonstrated experience in solving information sharing and integration challenges for clinical systems in a healthcare delivery organization. You have expertise working with the users, processes, data, interfaces, and standards that comprise these clinical systems.
What you will be doing
You are self-motivated and a trusted technical advisor that assists your clients to address their business needs by providing technical analysis, solution alternatives and recommendations, cost-benefit analyses, and implementation plans. Your time is primarily billable engagements for a client and business development activities to propose and sell future engagements to clients. You work effectively with sales and sales engineers and participate in larger projects with client success consultants and architects.
Qualifications
- You possess strong technical and business knowledge in healthcare systems integration and architecture and have a solid understanding of clinical systems in a healthcare delivery environment.
- You have experience working with healthcare Master Data Management (EMPI) solutions as well as clinical integrations of software systems such as LIS, RIS, Pharmacy, EPR, EMR, EHR, and DI/PACS.
- You have experience working with various healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7) and a solid working knowledge of clinical integration platforms, interoperability requirements and approaches used by clients.
- You enjoy keeping abreast of your clients’ plans and industry trends and direction.
- You are a strong stakeholder facilitator, have excellent communications, presentation, and writing skills, and can create new processes and methodologies to work collaboratively with the client.
- You have demonstrated experience developing opportunities for new consulting engagements and mentoring others.
