We are looking for :
A Project Management leader, who thrives in delivering Projects according to the customer’s satisfaction while remaining on-time / on-budget / on quality. A committed team player that is experienced in working with and leading cross-functional teams in a complex technical environment. You also enjoy some travel to Customer sites with a focus on collaboration, building strong relationships, managing project risks, and engaging the site implementation team as required.
In this position, you will :
- Align pre-sales opportunities and project implementations to ensure efficient handover from the sales organization
- Assist in shaping, defining, and planning a Project as key inputs to the Scope for an opportunity
- In conjunction with sales, review customer RFP / RFIs, contracts, and agreements and ensure that delivery risks are mitigated
- Build a detailed understanding of the Customer's business requirements, spanning functional, non-functional, and implementation aspects
- Manage and set Customer expectations throughout the Project lifecycle
- Be accountable and responsible for the successful execution and delivery of IMUBIT projects in accordance with IMUBIT PMO practices
- Take full ownership of Project definition, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure and manage the implementation team to deliver on the agreed project schedule and deliverables
- Manage and optimize resource utilization
- Engage and form strong relationships with Customers at senior levels, set up formal governance, and participate in Customer project board meetings
- Provide regular management reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Drive adherence to IMUBIT Project Management processes, tools, techniques, and best practices and ensure these are applied throughout the life of the project
- Coach and mentor the Project teams, support them in conducting their jobs, developing their technical and soft skills, and give attention to their well-being
- Contribute to the continual improvement of IMUBIT Project Management processes, tools, techniques, and best practices based on Project experiences and lessons learned
- Contribute to standardization and ‘best practices’ initiatives i.e. creates new techniques, methods, processes, templates, and tools, to improve efficiency, repeatability, and knowledge transfer
- Drive standardization initiatives into Projects and ensure candidates for reusable components are submitted to the PMO
