What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant position at Imz Financial Services Inc?
Our firm is looking for a strong Administrative Assistant, that is hardworking, team player, ethical, and has a high attention to detail. Must be able to establish and maintain solid working relationships with clients and colleagues and can work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome clients and guests to the firm
• Answer all incoming calls either helping the client or taking detailed messages
• Open mail, packages, etc.
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Keep updated records and files
• Maintain notes from client conversations. Scan notes from client meetings
• Generate reports and prep for Advisor meetings
• Assist clients with issues and concerns
Requirements:
• Receptionist, administrative assistant experience (3yrs minimum)
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Customer service orientation
Salary Base:
$45,000-$50,000
