Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of assigned areas, including but not limited to kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and common areas.
- Execute housekeeping management tasks to ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are well-stocked and maintained.
- Collaborate with team members to meet cleaning schedules and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to sanitize effectively and efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and products is a plus.
- Must be physically capable of performing cleaning duties, including lifting and moving items as necessary.
