Job Summary:
We are seeking an exceptional Mental Health Counselor to join our team. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will work closely with students, families, and groups to provide therapy and support. Your expertise in creating and managing caseloads will enable you to tailor your approach to meet the individual needs of each student. You will also have the opportunity to participate in expeditions and facilitate workshops during Family Weekends.
Responsibilities:
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students, families, and groups
• Facilitate workshops during Family Weekends
• Participate in expeditions with students and staff
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Behavioral Health, or Chemical Dependency. A minimum of two years' experience working as a counselor/therapist with a behavioral health population is required, preferably with experience in chemical dependency. CADAC certification is a plus.
